Development & Strategy Manager - working closely with the Board, Producer (the Festival’s Chief Executive) and senior staff to develop the strategy for the Festival and to manage funding, fundraising and income generation.
Marketing & Audience Development Manager - ensuring that the organisation engages, increases and diversifies audiences and participants
