If you’ve ever wanted to try on a Carnival costume learn samba dancing, then the Edinburgh Festival Carnival invites you to join us at Out of the Blue Drill Hall on Saturday 23rd June between 4 and 7pm. Carnivals are all about dressing up and we invite you to dress to impress with some extravagant Carnival costumes: headdresses, headpieces, wings, feathers and sequins.
